BANANA CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients:
175g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp TBN
1 tsp vanilla extract (I love the brand Durkee)
1 cup vegetable oil (you can put less if you want)
150g sugar
2 eggs (big size)
4 ripe bananas
1 bar dark chocolate (or milk if you prefer)

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees celsius
Mix the eggs, TBN and the sugar together (no need for an electric mixer). Add the oil and the vanilla extract.
Mash the bananas and add to the mixture.
In a different bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Slowly, little by little, add this dry mixture to the liquid mixture.
Cut the chocolate bar into small pieces and add to the blend.
Pour the cake mixture into a rectangular pan and bake for 1 hour.

Note: Each oven is different, so I would recommend that you check your cake after 45 minutes to see whether it is fully cooked or not. To check, just use a toothpick and if it comes out clean, your cake is done.
