This is the Jacob Ballas Children's Garden, located in the Singapore Botanical Gardens. This garden is for children up to 12 years old, so if you're not coming with a kid, sorry you won't be let in :)
Kids can learn about different types of plants and how plants are a part of our daily lives. Amal especially liked the hanging bridge and the treehouse. But there's also a small playground and a water park with water coming out from the ground in a fountain-like manner.
